Jamaica was a meaningful and unforgettable trip. This was my 4th mission trip with AdventHealth, but my first time serving in Jamaica, and it was an honor to be part of such a resilient and impactful effort. Working alongside an incredible team, we were able to help bring hope and healing to nearly 700 patients in a community still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Melissa. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve, the partnerships that made it possible, and the reminders of strength, faith, and resilience I saw throughout the week. Jamaica will stay with me for a long time.
